Patricia Hayden
After graduating from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a bachelor’s in business management, Patricia Hayden worked in a number of management positions including area vice president for Adecco International, where she oversaw operations and sales of eight branches located throughout Southern California and Hawaii.

With 21 years experience in the staffing industry, Patricia spent time as division manager for The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies, a privately owned staffing business with 15 specialized divisions. Serving as a division manager, Patricia was responsible for managing sales and operations for her division’s San Diego market.

Drawing from her background in management and staffing industry experience, Patricia launched Alliance Staffing Resource Services to provide complete back office services that assist companies in finding that competitive edge increasing profit.

Tage Tracy
As a business consultant with more than 14 years of focused experience, Tage Tracy has expertise in the fields of project-based, executive-level financial and accounting management and has experience working as controller, accounting manager, and financial analyst for various companies throughout San Diego, Calif., and Denver, Colo.

During the span of his career, Tage has supported businesses such as The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies (personnel staffing), Postal Buddy Corporation (kiosk technology), Leasetec Corporation (high technology equipment leasing company) and many others.

After graduating from the University of Colorado with degrees in accounting and finance, Tage worked for noted accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) while obtaining his CPA certification from the state of Colorado.

More recently, Tage co-authored two books with his father, Professor John A. Tracy: “Small Business Financial Management Kit for Dummies” and “How to Manage Profit and Cash Flow.”

Tage currently resides in San Diego, where in addition to his responsibilities at ASRS, he is co-owner and chief financial officer for The Spa Alliance, Inc., a specialty staffing service dedicated to providing workforce solutions to the resort and spa industry.
